In order to get real, tangible results from social media that impact your organization’s bottom line, you need to develop one-on-one relationships with those who are passionate about your cause. But cultivating and organizing lots of relationships can be overwhelming and difficult. That’s why SMX created a social CRM (listening/analytics tool) called Thrive and a social data intelligence tool called SocialVision.
